Amazing place to stay in wen ur in town

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel was super clean. Pool is very small, like the size of a hot tub. No maid service unless your there 10 days and you have to take your own trash down the hall to a trash bin. I guess you have to pay if you want service before then or extra towel but there were plenty in the room. Didn't know it was a time share place and we had to wait a half hour to get our keys to meet with someone to talk about setting up a 90 minute presentation. We refused and she wasn't too pushy about it, just asked us to think about it and call her on Thursday which we didn't. They should specify on expedia that this is what it is though. The one bedroom villa was huge and very nice.

I can honestly say I had no complaints, it was nice & clean the check in process was kind of frustrating but other than that its was nice

All staff was amazing. Very polite, helpful, and friendly! Location is very convenient and in-room amenities are more than everything you need.

The condition of the room was not the best shower head. It was very difficult to handle The accessibility of the shower head was horrible.

The Signature Suite was well worth the money. Lots of room to stretch out and relax. The kitchen was very nice. The sofa bed was not comfortable, but that’s common for a sofa bed. The biggest negative was that there was a layer of dust on the counters and nightstands. I’m sure there was dust elsewhere, I just couldn’t see it as easily.

Loved the studio. Walking distance to everything we needed! Stayed a week during jazz fest! Loved it. Will definitely stay again!

Nice hotel friendly people clean easy access to the French quarter. Do not like the fact that they get you to sign up for a tour and charge the credit card, but the manager did an amazing job at fixing it.

There was a small issue with construction being done however the front office was able to resolve the issue with us . We plan on coming back for the hospitality and convenience of the being near everything.

This hotel is good, but it is not great. We liked the room, with its kitchen and sitting room that is separate from the bedroom, and we liked how it is within walking distance of the French Quarter and other things but not actually in the French Quarter. While this hotel is maintained well, it is getting old. Everything is nice and clean, but it is not super nice or sparkling clean. We felt it was worth the price we paid. This is a timeshare place, and so during checkin and in the middle of our stay we got the usual requests in person and by phone to attend a sales session, with a fairly modest price discount offered if we attended one of their sessions. We could have done without those in person and by phone sales attempts, but they were fine with us saying no. One minor thing was that the kitchen sink faucet leaked some water from its base onto the kitchen countertop when turned on. It wasn’t enough for us to get overly concerned, but we did tell the front desk right when we noticed it, and two maintenance guys came right to our room. They slowed the leak, but the leaking of some water onto the kitchen counter upon use of the kitchen faucet continued throughout our six-night stay. We used the two provided kitchen sink towels to wrap around the base of the kitchen faucet to stop any leaking water from spilling onto the countertop, and we continued using the kitchen faucet in the mornings to fill the coffee maker and to clean up the coffee cups and plates that we used.

This would have been a great vacation if the AC would have worked appropriately. After notification the first time and coming to to "reset" and change filter it did work but never got below 74° in the unit. Notification number 2 went on deaf ears, we did check out and move to another hotel. I did alert the front desk upon early check-out, was advised Manager would contact me the next day but that never happened. Never asked for a refund, didn't expect one, however, communication would have been nice. When the room reached 80° that was too much. So, in a nutshell: perfect location, excellent employees, spacious suites. Need to work on upkeep of HVAC so other people who spend so much to stay are happy. Learn on better communication practices.

The suite was clean and spacious and located near many restaurants. Unfortunately they were doing construction and heard loud drilling sounds at 7am! It’s NOLA ! I would have liked to sleep in while I was on vacation and that was hard to do. The pool is super small and looked more like the size of a hot tub. So I couldn’t enjoy that either.

We loved the property and staff and plan to return.

Good place, perfecto for families close to bourbon street by walk, some of the staff pretty friendly, 1 think doesn’t like about the experience is when you check in they want to do for you to attend a meeting to sell you a time share and I booked from a third party because I’m not interested in that option, so is frustrating they want for you and insist and insist calling you etc, other than that it’s Greta. The valet and host at the front door was great pretty good attitude

This is a great property with what feels like converted one bedroom apartments into a hotel suite. Can’t go wrong if traveling with kids and you want a separate sleeping area - the couches pull out into beds. We slept good but it is near bourbon and you can hear the commotion at times. We didn’t love the area but it is walking distance to the quarter and bourbon street. I would stay in the quarter next time but since we had kids this hotel made perfect sense and would recommend. The food scene nearby is bleak but walk a few blocks or take an uber to the quarter and you have plenty of options. We did not like the pool, it’s the smallest pool you’ve ever seen, and would be better as a hot tub. Not a good pool for kids. The laundry is only on one floor and so there is a battle for the few machines but you can wash clothes at no cost. Great facility, nice and clean, friendly staff. Would stay here again.
