Room spotless. Staff both friendly and exceptionally helpfull. A very pleasant atmosphere. This hotel proved to be a good choice.

From time of arrival to checkout, I experienced the best customer service available! Staff was always attentive and continuously insuring my stay was comfortable! Highly recommend and disappointed I couldn’t stay longer. Room was 100% what I requested! Much thanks to the awesome staff!

The room was clean and had convenient USB charging ports to charge iPhone on the nightstand next to the bed. The breakfast was phenomenal with a great selection. The staff was professional and friendly! Outstanding Hotel!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Warsaw – Mokotów and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help, which made the stay feel easy and enjoyable. Breakfast was fresh and varied, perfect to start the day. The location is convenient, with good connections to the airport and city center. Overall, a great choice for both business and leisure travel in Warsaw!

This hotel isn't close to the city center but you have plenty to do close by and the tram is literally a very short walk. The tram and bus system is very simple and easy. The breakfast was a perfect European style buffet with a varid slection of meats, breads, and fruits. The staff was very friendly and ohhh...the soundproof rooms. You wont hear anything....which is great for light sleepers like me. Overall 10/10 highly recommend if you have to be in the city center.
