Feeling very bad. It was a mistake to choose to rent here. Looking at the picture, it is clear and beautiful when checking in, it is very narrow and smelly. In particular, I had a very bad experience one night. The story is that I returned at 10 o'clock at night, put the key in as usual and opened it. Can't open forever, can't pull out. Calling Tan to support also could not open in the end, had to call the locksmith and struggled for 1 hour. The locksmith must eventually break the lock. The whole night I slept, the door could not be locked, and I smelled the oil on the lock. Done the next day, forced me to pay for a new key, told me to insert the wrong key. The key has nothing wrong with right. Inserted as usual, it still fits very well, and twists perfectly. If it's wrong, it can't be inserted. Done with this argument. People should be careful when choosing to rent this place.

I had a wonderful stay in Dalat. That includes the accommodation of my choice - Circle Chiquilla. The place is very lovely. This is my 2nd time staying at Chiquilla. The staff who support me is very enthusiastic when I want to upgrade to a larger room. The manager/owner of the accommodation also contacted me, so I can come and check in earlier at no cost because the room I booked is already ready. 🥰 Rooms are clean, cleaned, set up again blankets, refill 2 free bottles of water and change new towels for guests every day.

The room is cute, the staff is also enthusiastic, very cozy, the couple is also quite suitable. The room rate is ok so I will come back if I have a chance. But my house is a bit close to the neighbors, so it's a bit noisy at night, the rest is quite good
