We had a nice stay. Hotel is very clean.Especially would like to say that a gentleman named Victor is a very good cook, he is very friendly

My stay was disappointing. The front desk was unwelcoming, and the shower head in my room was so dirty that the water barely came out, and there was almost no hot water. The cleaning staff were loud, and their phone notifications kept going off constantly.

This place was good nice and clean for what it's worth and trust me it's worth it dirty jacuzzis can kill the night quick but this place was good and not for nothing my wife left her wedding rings in the room after we left and we called 2!hours after we left and the had the rings at the desk so there are some honest people in the world in Chicago where I'm from they would have been stolen for sure!!!! So thanks ladies for being honest and giving them back I recommend this hotel
