Very impressed with our stay. On the first night out shower caused a leak which the staff dealt with immediately and upgraded our room. Staff were friendly and attentive and hotel was clean.

Good staff and nice place. Only comment is i was allocated a room designed for someone with a disability, no problem but the green light that illuminates the door is very bright and affected my sleep. i will avoid these in the future

Check-in was good, but at 1:00am there was a loud noise and we could not sleep for the whole night. There might have been an issues with this particular room. The reception told me to let them know about my issue next time I book my stay at this hotel.

Hampton By Hilton Date 1-9-2020 -04-09-2020 A communication with prior to the hotel information requested was reply within the time frame by James. A 10 min walk to the from the Ealing Broadway train station to the hotel which is easy transportation links even from the train station you may sit on the any of buses with numbers E1-E2-E7-E8. Greeted by mehul with pure politeness. All members of staff had covid Protection mask on The ground floor was very clean upon entering the hotel the area of the reception was well lit. The are plenty off seating area in the lobby very comfortable and relaxing to have a snack or dinks. Let start with the express check 5 min. Very fast ? Will hot breakfast be available no (Covid Restrictions breakfast bags will be available in two options the continental and a vegetarian). You may collect from the reception or the hotel staff will drop it off to your room on requested time 7-9am. ? What time do the cleaning staff come at 8am onwards unfortunately due to covid restrictions guess can not be in the room for the safety off each other rooms are clean to perfection. ? Will I receive fresh towels daily if requested yes There are sufficient amount towels and toiletries in the bathroom. The water was not the right temperature I notified the staff the maintenance person will rectify in the morning once he comes in to work. Our stay was awful. The night manager reese did not let us in the hotel even though we had booked a room, we were made to stand outside (both myself and my girlfriend) for 2 hours in the freezing cold in the middle of a night. This guy is not normal , he’s sadistic and incredibly unprofessional. We were then given a disabled room :/ we spoke to the management next day and they were very apologetic
