The service provided at this hotel was disappointing. The staff never picks up the phone and no one is at the front desk at night to provide assistance.

Boutique hotel in a great location. It is close to shops, restaurants and many attractions. The staff was attentive and friendly. My room and the shower were small but it was sufficient for one person. It was a pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel with welcoming staff. I would highly recommend dining or stopping by for a cocktail at The Guardsman Hotel & Residences.

Beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. I have stayed in quite a few hotels and never imagined staying again but I would definitely stay here again! Everything was very well presented and maintained. My daughter loved the aroma as you walked in through the main door (as did I!)

We were there for just one night so did not manage to try the food, but bed was very comfortable. The mattress was comfortably firm. AC not bad, but could be better. The 4 pillows were comfy.. The decor was up to date and thoughtfully designed.

We had such a pleasant stay at The Guardsman Hotel! The front desk lady was awesome. She helped carry our luggage up and even gave us a quick room tour. The maintenance guy was super quick and polite when helping us with the safety box. And the gentleman working in the restaurant was absolutely amazing. So friendly and kind, he really made our experience special. The location is unbeatable. You are just steps away from all the top tourist spots, restaurants, and shops. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends when they visit London. Huge thanks to the whole team!

Very disappointed that there was no bottled still water available - when we asked for still water we were asked to order on uber eats. They were not even able to provide a jug of fresh water. Appreciate their delivery had failed but as a 5 star hotel I would have expected contingencies to be in place. In fairness they did find us a bottle of sparkling wine externally so we appreciated that.

Lovely hotel, the rooms were on the smaller side but well maintained. Location was perfect - quiet and walkable to transport and shops.

My stay here was great! The only reason for not giving an excellent rating is the tiny size of the rooms. Luckily I was traveling solo, because my room was not big enough for two people. There simply isn't enough storage space or square footage- and thats coming from someone who's lived in NYC. The staff was friendly. The property is luxurious and well kept. Excellent location for scenic walks to landmarks and shopping.

The hotel’s location is terrific, very near major attractions and close to many restaurants and pubs. A subway station is just around the corner, too. The service was excellent. Staff was friendly and attentive. And the bar downstairs is really a cool place for a drink. The rooms are small- as is the case with most London hotels. But my room was well designed and appointed. Plenty of feature comforts like heated floors in the bathroom. I’d stay there again, but upgrade to a larger room.

Property is located in central London. Close to Victoria station - 15 min walk and close to lots of significant historical buildings and places. Arrived - staff were very welcoming. Had contacted hotel in advance and asked to be allocated a quiet room which they had done at back of building. Hotel / room / bed were nice. Lovely welcome note from team which was nice. Stayed for a work event so didn’t utilise bar or dining. Good shower. This overall is a good hotel. It’s safe and well located and great staff. I was however underwhelmed with it and the room based on cost and star ratings - carpet was stained and bathroom was small. But these are minor things. Bed / bathroom clean. Checkout was good. I think I would try somewhere else next time. But if you have to be in the Victoria area then it’s a good shout.

We will definitely be staying again if ever in London.
