Great ambience, smiling staff and awesome room service. I loved the breakfast so much. Room and bath was beyond my expectations.

The restaurant and food were wonderful, but it would be much better if at least one staff member could speak English or Arabic. Otherwise, it is almost impossible to communicate with them

Every thing is perfect except for the location. This hotel is excellent, clean rooms, friendly staff, reasonable rates, very good buffet breakfast, all kinds of coffee, tea, juices free. Only one thing, the location, there’s no shops or restaurants around.

I was not happy at all when I checked in they gave me a free upgrade which I understand but the room was small and out dated and then the problem started after that the staff was not good they all where angry All the time when u phone them to bring a saving kit and towel it took them near 2 hours to bring to the room the services was very very bad I rather go to the cheapest hotel then stay here again all my family was upset what u see the picture on hotels.com is nothing like that the lobby is old outdated and no customer services

The staff here are amazing and happy to help with any questions or need you may have, truly a service level above most European five star hotels.

Hotel was immaculately clean . Staff friendly. My only complaint is that the restaurant is not 100 percent organised. At breakfast there were no clean tables to sit at and I had to ask a member of staff to clean one of the aprox 20 dirty tables that were available.

The hotel was great. It has a nice heated pool, a sauna, and a steam room. The rooom was very clean and comfortable. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was not clean, and even after reporting it, no one seemed to care. Very disappointing service. Not even worth 3 stars.
