Great location for us. Bakery, supermarket,bus line an close to our friends. Stayed x3 over an 8 day period.

Nice place to stay for a short break, bed was comfy. The kitchenette is a good bonus. Only downside for us was our room overlooking the busy road. The staff were friendly. We didn't try the breakfast there however would highly recommend the Boulagerie which is a few minutes walk called Les Frères Chapelier for pastries and coffee if you want an authentic french experience.

Great stay and would really recommend. About a 30-40 minute walk into the city centre which is great to get in and out easily. Customer service fantastic, room spacious even for the studio and loved the atmosphere. Only issue I had was the sulphur smell coming from the bathroom tap- made cleaning my teeth and washing my face an unpleasant experience. Not sure if connected to the canal which is just close by but otherwise, would seriously recommend as was a great deal!

Fantastic location, close to all, but away from crowds. Eileen at the front desk was so friendly and helpful.

Very nice and affordable place. Staff are friendly, lobby is big and room was good. The area is safe and busses are very close to take you to downtown (there was a bus every few minutes that takes less than 10 minutes to take you to the city center)

Liked the self catering aspect of property with electric hob and microwave, fridge and pans plate's with cutlery. We had a balcony with table and chairs but view wasn't great.

10 minutes walk to Metro

I had a very pleasant stay, the staffs were helpful, the room was spacious and it is located in a very accessible location nearby bus stops, supermarket and bakery.

I was on a business trip and wanted a very peaceful sleep. The air conditioning of the room was horrible. The team tried to put me in the different room but what they didn't understand was that I wasn't concerned about the size of the room but the air conditioning. I had a terrible sleep and made my night in tolouse very difficult.

Would highly recommend this Residhotel. The apartment was extremely spacious, very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, 2 ring hot plate, microwave and plenty of plates, bowls, saucepans, cutlery etc. The hotel also provides use of a washing machine and tumble dryer for a small extra charge which we found very useful. The gym is great with decent equipment and air conditioning that works. There’s a supermarket just behind the hotel which is very handy and the old town is about 25 minutes walk. Parking is €12 per day, it’s secure, spacious and there are plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is very close to the motorway so easy to reach without having to drive through Toulouse. It’s surrounded by some busy roads so there’s a lot of traffic ( although it’s quiet at night) but this didn’t bother us at all. If we return to Toulouse we would have no hesitation in staying here again.

The gym could do with a little more equipment. The room was good size and nice. Tv could have chromecast facilities, as for international travels it is hard with just French tv.

Nice location next to the river with a nearby small grocery store. The AC was very welcome with the hot weather!

Lovely hotel with great facilities! Clean and spacious, couldn’t fault it.

While the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were abysmal. The first room we were given was wheelchair accessible, which was inappropriate and suggested a lack of awareness in saving it for clients who needed it (not us). The replacement room we were given was awful. The WC reeked like mildew, which permeated the entire apartment, and the table tops in the room hadn't been wiped down (strands of hair were visible here and there). We were so displeased, we booked another room in Toulouse and left. Honestly, the baseline for accommodations is cleanliness, and your hotel failed spectacularly on this. Foul odours in a room, a WC, are totally unacceptable.
