A decent wide selection of breakfast. Hotel even planned a small Easter decoration table and mini games for the children to participate and to receive a gift treat. We found it very thoughtful! There was also a small dedicated play area for toddlers and younger children. Location of the hotel is not in city centre, but it is perfect for travellers taking the VR train as it is connected to the Kupittaa train station. It was not noisy at all! Would definitely consider staying here again in future.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful in all aspects of my stay. The room was suoer clean and modern. Only thing I would change was the pillows but I am a fussy sleeper so.. The location was perfect for me for visiting a relative in TYKS; 5mins walk across the road. The bistro within the hotel was top class-food was amazing quality and the staff again very lovely. It was easy walk to city centre, took me anout 20mins on snowy well kept pathways. The corner shop opposite (K market) was also good to have nearby. Will definetly return!

The hotel is just one block from Turku University. The staff is great. The breakfast buffet is more like an American lunch or supper. 10 minute walk to the Turku Cathedral. We stayed 7 nights. Awesome.

The worse hotel ever: horrible decoration, hearing the neighboring room’s occupants using the toilet or the shower. Bad lighting overall but especially in the bathroom

Be careful staying at the weekend! There were so many guests on Saturday that the breakfast line snaked out of the door. A half-hour wait just to get a coffee and croissant was not worth it. I spoke to the reception desk later in the day to say I missed out on breakfast and they did not care. I asked whether it would happen again on Sunday and they said “probably”. Not helpful and no other option provided. Poor service.

Amazing service. Great staff. Clean and comfortable

English language seems as a surprise to everyone - and the front dest 'speed of service' is questionable as well. Saying it the rooms are spacious and comfy (just the black floor at bathroom may be hiding 'hairy surprises' as for the housekeeping impossible to see - yet for you in the shower pretty noticeable). Overall it was OK- not sure I will be returning though.

This is an unusual hotel. It feels somewhat like a university dormitory. Cheap fittings and fixtures in the rooms and gaudy colour scheme. The restaurant and cafe are nice but the staff are not trained to a sufficient level. They’re slow to respond, forgetful and not knowledgeable about the menu. The cleaners neither know nor care about customer service - one vacuumed around our table and wrapped an electrical cord around my foot. Another cleaned with headphones on, oblivious to requests from people. Unless you’re in town to go to the hospital it’s not the place to be and yet it’s not awful either.

Well designed, simplistically furnished. Industrial room fittings, clean, comfortable, great sized TV and ipad in room. City centre within walking distance, public transport closely available. Simple check in. Staff helpful. Only downside is extra cost for parking, otherwise a great stay.

Ideal hotel for a business stay. Parking is directly under the hotel. Reasonable dinner menu available and a decent hot & cold buffet breakfast selection. Clean, modern hotel with a cosy feel to it.

On arrival by car, I went in into reception and the English speaking front desk were very helpful and directed me to the underground dedicated parking with lift directly to the hotel reception. I had an early start with breakfast and the hotel offered to prepare a take away breakfast which they put together in the morning with me present. Very helpful. Rooms modern with everything you need including iron and ironing board in the room. Would certainly recommend and will stay again next time I’m in the area.

Great stay w Family in a new hotel

This is a beautiful property with underground parking That is directly connected to the reception . Room was gorgeous ,beautifully decorated and Hi Tech . Loved it . Breakfast was pick up and ordered night before Because of Covid restrictions . In my opinion breakfast could have been better . Also They seemed to have problems with their system so We Had to prove couple of times That We have paid for the room . Upon returning Home They E - mailed and asked for the proof of parking ticket . That was also nit Organized . They need to work on That
