I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the staff really made us feel welcome. The room was big, spotless, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. One of the highlights was the friendly owner who even handed out free beer—such a nice personal touch! The restaurant was a real gem, serving authentic Italian food at very fair prices. It’s rare to find such quality and value together. Families will especially appreciate the great playground and toys for the kids, which kept our little ones entertained for hours. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the sauna was a great way to unwind at the end of the day.

We booked the largest room- a family suite- although we ended up with 4. folks only- it really could accommodate 8 in a pinch. This was GREAT! The on-site restaurant was great for dinner (approx 20 euro range) and breakfast was provided- including scrambled eggs- a bit of a treat on our Tirolean adventure. It was a good solid 1/2 hour drive to Kitzbuhel (where we were ski-ing for 2 days)- but WAY more reasonable than staying in KItz. There was a river running right by our suite. I would certainly recommend this for a stay.

We are a family with two adults and three kids. The establishment is a very nice hotel and restaurant. The facilities were very clean and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Zimmergröße top, schönes modernes Badezimmer, gute Matratze- Frühstück ebenso top: lecker und glutenfrei klappt gut 👍 alle Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich

Das hotel ist super. Einzige kritikpunkte sind: im Schwimmbad war es uns zu kalt. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man auch schon nachmittags einen kaffee oder Kuchen hätte haben können. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem niveau.

Bei der Buchung der Familiensuite muss man aufpassen: Man bekommt nicht immer die Suite mit drei Betten. Falls man die Suite bucht und mit weniger als fünf Personen anreist, kann es sein, dass man ein kleineres Zimmer erhält, aber trotzdem den vollen Preis bezahlt. Vonseiten des Hotels gab es kein Entgegenkommen. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr gut.

Italienische Gastlichkeit in Österreich 😉 Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, gutes italieniches Restaurant. Mit dem PKW schöne Ausflugsziele im Kaiserwinkl erreichbar. Insgesamt sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Det var bare et helt fantastisk ophold. Kan varmt anbefales. Sødeste personale, hyggelige rammer, god mad, rent og pænt, og en fantastisk hotel-hund. Sød og rolig Sampjedespids George som var meget børnevenlig.

Das Zimmer und generell die Einrichtung war sehr schön und hochwertig. Alle Mitarbeiter waren zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Spa-Bereich war sehr schön.

Eine sehr schönes Hotel mit nettem und freundlichem Personal. Das Essen beim Frühstück und abends im Restaurant war lecker. Leider gibt es Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr, was für uns Skifahrer etwas spät ist.
