Friendly hotel staff & delicious breakfast

All staff are professional. The hotel is kept clean. The rooms and public facilities are all kept clean. The facilities are also good, although the reception is on the second floor. So the ground floor is like a waiting room.

Very nice hotel. The room is quite big. There is also laundry facility which you can check the availabilities from the room. Easy access from Itami Airport and close to public transport, especially subway station with lift access.

The hotel is very modern and clean, and there's a lot of options for free drinks at the main lobby. All the staff were friendly and the room (and bathroom) was relatively spacious. One of the best hotels I've stayed in Japan.

In the lobby there is a free drink machine, there is a macha latte. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable.

Nice location, near train station & restaurant & mini market. Walking distance to Dotonbori area. Spacious & comfy room.

The hotel is really good, near the MRT station, in front of the hotel there is a family mart and supermarket. The service is ok, there is a free drink corner for guests (coffee, soft drinks, ice machine). The rooms are also spacious and modern. Overall it was a great stay, will come back to Miyako Hotel if I go back to Osaka.

The room is small but well designed. Love the green mint bottle spray. However check-in was very slow and staff didn't notice we booked 2 rooms with breakfast. Breakfast is quite boring with only 2 choices when staying more than 1 day.
