Booked a single room but got a double room. No notice. No need. Called but got a cursory solution. Crazy.

The staff refuse to change bedsheets for 2-nights stay. We were sweating, because the air conditioner was not working properly in the room. The staff disregard the fact and remain adamant to not change my sheets. The cleaning staff was not friendly and demanded us to pay extra, if we want to change the sheets. If it weren't for their attitude, we would have paid. The rooms were badly designed, and was not clean when we got there. The placement of the bed/furniture did not make sense and made the place feel very cramped. Overall, we feel that the staff were not kind and accommodating to the guests. The room and its layout did not make sense. If you're looking to relax, this is not the place to stay. The price is cheap, but you can find something much better somewhere else. Please don't be fool by their deep discounts on app, it 's very dodgy.

There is a parking fee but it was not announced in advance. The parking fee was 5k and the overnight fee was 25k. So for 3 nights with 2 cars, we lost more than 200k in parking fee.

1 điểm đáng lưu ý khi đến sớm tầm 12:00 muốn nhận phòng sớm phải trả phí 200.000 thái độ nhân viên thì khá không cần khách vì không trực thuộc công ty mà của toà nhà , phòng giữ đồ chỉ có camera mất đồ không có trách nhiệm , phòng ốc sạch sẽ rộng rãi có côn trùng nhỏ bò trên bàn . Gần quảng trường nên ồn từ sáng đến chiều nên lưu ý

จองห้องfamily2เตียง สำหรับ4คน ไปถึงได้ห้องเตียงเดียว นอนไม่พอ4คน คุยเป็นชั่วโมง ยังบอกว่าให้ห้องเราถูก ทั้งๆที่เอกสารก็ระบุไว้ว่า2เตียง สุดท้ายเสริมที่นอนพื้นอีก2คนเพราะไม่มีห้องว่างแล้ว วิวดี แต่พนักงานแย่ บริการแย่ ถ้าเปนคนไม่เรื่องมากก็พักได้ วิวดี ทำเลดี แต่ถ้าคาดหวังว่าจะได้รับการบริการที่ดี แนะนำให้ไปพักที่อื่น ไปถึงโรงแรมบ่าย3 ห้องก็ยังทำไม่เสรจ โรงแรมไม่มีคิวนะ ถ้าต่อแถวอยู่ เจอคนเวียดนามแทรกแถวมาก็เชคอินให้ก่อนอีกจ้า

mình có yêu cầu phòng cao và sạch sẽ khách sạn đều đáp ứng, tuy nhiên thì tiện nghi trong phòng còn thiếu. Không có minibar, dao cạo râu, điện thoại bàn,… Nhân viên cũng khá nhiệt tình. View phòng mình không giống ảnh lắm và cũng không thấy được biển mấy nhưng phòng khá sạch sẽ ok.

Tuyệt vời , có những trải nghiệm tốt với căn hộ ở đây ạ

Cozy room with good internet, good interior. The thing I am not happy with is, the room I booked clearly state this is ocean view room, but I got a city view room when I got in. It doesn't mind me much since it is scorching hot now. But I do hope to get the right room next time.
