I was there for Octoberfest, though the pricing was slightly higher due to the festival, overall the experience was good, the room was clean though there's no amenities provided. It's 8 mins walk from the nearest metro station. No lift or escalator in the metro station hence it was difficult to carry luggages in and out from the metro station.
