The place is very quiet, clean, near the hotel there are shopping centers easy to get to without a car, the only thing they don't have are the shuttle buses to pick you up at the airport.

Room was clean but it took 10 minutes to check in even though I had a reservation, tv didn’t work and the front desk handed me a usb and said figure it out, which I did, otherwise no complaints

The room above made loud noise all night into the next morning. Made several complaints throughout the night. Still kept making noise. Only compensation offered was a beverage

Didn't care for the TV set up, and line up. The remote worked ONLY after fidgeting with the batteries - which go ridiculous every time i wanted to change the channel.

Convenience of going/ leaving Colorado Springs after a weekend getaway. Plenty of shopping and restaurant access all around me.
