Finally we went downstairs to check and it turned out we had run out of tokens and tap water too. dead.

The mattress is hard, the edge of the bed has a barrier which makes it difficult to get up/down from the bed/mattress. The first day the bathroom/WC light went out, was replaced, but it was still not bright, dim. The door lock is very difficult to turn, it gets a bit stuck.
