Very, very disappointing. The place is broken I feel uncomfortable at all. from the light is not bright. The TV doesn't work, the AC isn't cold. Very, very disappointed. The water only comes out small.

Bad service! No AC ! Bener2 tidak comfortable ruangan pengap dikasi kipas jadi berasa tidak bisa nafas. Pertama kali dateng malah bilang udah tidak nerima bookingan online 😂

Ordered room 4 was given only 3l. Even though I paid in full, it was even given to other guests who extended, not professional! The photo does not match the door and the key is mixed! The water doesn't come out! Anyway, give up I don't want to stay here anymore!

Room service was very unsatisfactory, blankets were not given, even though the room I ordered had a capacity of 3 people but only one mattress in the room and that was also in poor condition, AC and TV did not work, the fan had no cover so dangerous if turned on, on the first day of stay the drainage died.

when I came to this hotel, the room I have rented have been sold to other guest, and we must find another hotel to stay
