Guest House ini cukup menyenangkan, tapi ada beberapa hal yang harus ditingkatkan seperti saluran air kamar yang terbuka sehingga bau got selalu masuk kekamar mandi dan cukup menggangu. Jumlah kamar yang di jual secara online lewat aplikasi melebihi kapasitas kamar yang hanya 7, sehingga banyak pelanggan yang kecewa karena ditolak saat check in karena sudah penuh walaupun mereka bayar secara online. Hal ini mohon diperhatikan secara serius oleh manajemen Miyagi.
