This time I wanted to check in, the hotel was closed, on the phone they said they were on holiday but I had already paid on Traveloka. I wanted to refund Traveloka but finally I was able to check in at sunset. And after checking in, it was really beyond expectations. For those who want to stay here, try checking under the mattress, there are lots of hidden treasures 😡😡 order 2 rooms, both are the same.

From a 2 day order, I only used 1 day, the room was dirty, many of the facilities were damaged, the pillows and blankets smelled (drool), the room was stuffy. Complaints were not responded to. It's a shame that I already ordered here.

Tidak enak sekali nginep di sini pelayanannya kurang puas dan masih banyak kekurangan sebagai untuk penginapan seperti engsel untuk pintu kamar rusak disarankan jangan menginap di sini.

I like the concept of the hotel, but as cheap as the room ordered, there should be blankets and drinking water. This did not exist at all and was not told if any.
