location is in the city. the accomodation actually is very homey, however needs to improve the cleanliness.

We had a lovely stay at Mokkolipa-the staff were friendly & very helpful. They gave us a leaflet of things to do around Kalabahi-we had a great morning seeing the dugongs! Room was clean and great AC. We also rented a motorbike through Mokkolipa which was very handy!

It’s squeaky clean, prime location, simple but hearty breakfast, attentive staff & affordable price. They can arrange airport transfer with local shared-taxi & motorbike rebtal as well Would stay here next time we’re in Kalabahi!

Plus: bisa jalan kaki ke pantai, dari balcone bisa lihat pantai, hotel modern dan bersih, dapat sarapan, di tengah kota. Minus: kamar sangat basic, seperti tidak ada meja ato kursi di dalam kamar.

Tempat ternyaman yang pernah saya kunjungi di alor. Pelayanan ramah, orangnya sangat ramah-ramah, yang terpenting bisa sewa motor 🤣, pemandangannya indah, kamar bersih, pokoknya mantap jiwa. Terima kasih mokkolipa.😇

This accommodation is perfect for those who like to travel, comfort and tranquility you will get in this place with friendly and satisfying service. With room facilities like a five-star hotel but at a price that is very easy to reach. If given the opportunity to travel to Alor Island again, this hotel choice will definitely be an option for me to stay again.
