Palem Mansion at One Residence is the perfect choice for family gatherings, as each apartment has two bedrooms and a connecting door. So, a large family of four can gather comfortably.

Strategic location, ok room, ok atmosphere, only the front line staff is not very friendly. Hopefully in the future it can be better. Overall ok.

The gym is not on time, it opens at 6, you have to call security before the gym can be opened, parking is paid for 24 hours, 60 thousand, so there is no free parking from other apartments, overall it is good.

Overall it's comfortable, only yesterday there were black ants but it's okay, I killed them when they appeared, what's certain is that I like the sea view.. at night there is also a canteen corner where you can make pop mie / coffee self service which is open 24/7, hopefully the cleanliness and comfort are maintained so that when they recommend it to friends, they won't be disappointed and we won't be embarrassed, thank you

I don't have any pictures of the unit, because since the first time I came I was already disappointed. When I got into the room, it smelled stinky… so terrible…
