I highly recommend Granada Inn. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable. Considering that Palu is an earthquake-prone area, I felt reassured by the hotel's sturdy and safe building structure. Another advantage is its convenient location, with plenty of dining options available around the hotel. It is very easy to find good food within walking distance. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. 😊🏨

I stayed at Granada Inn for 5N6D and all things are new and in a good condition. It's the first time I went to palu. The staffs are polite and friendly. I just felt uncomfortable when the people beside my room made some noise like talking and laughing too loud, it's 2.30 am. They didn't realize the room made from wood. Except that thing, everything is good. Someday I'll stay in this hotel when I go to this city. Thank you

Hot water is not functioning properly, waited for a long time and it is still not hot.

The atmosphere is comfortable, perfect for a place to stop while being hammered. It fits the budget too and the location is still in the middle of the city. To order a meal is also easy. Only the hotel receptionist is less responsive when serving.
