The hotel staff were very kind, they allowed me to check out late until 3:30 PM WIB, and they allowed me to do so without any charge. The room was very spacious, perfect for those bringing their families. There was just a little attention, when I arrived I wasn't given soap and toothpaste, perhaps the staff forgot. Luckily I brought my own. In room 203 there is no sink, so it's difficult to put my toiletries. The bathroom glass is also blurry. Maybe it would be better to add a cupboard in the room so that guests can store their equipment during their stay. Provide a prayer mat too. Overall it's good, hopefully it will get better and improve further. Thank you happy family 😊

I stayed in a family room yesterday with two children and three adults. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good AC and a water heater. The staff was friendly, and tea and coffee were available every morning, plus free mineral water refills.

The hotel is spacious enough to stay in. The place is clean, both the bed and everything else. The service is friendly. Access to Malioboro is quite close on foot, taking about 12 minutes at a leisurely pace. If it's busy on Saturday nights, just walk from the hotel to Malioboro. Please pay attention to the television, as the screen is blue and needs to be fixed. Other than that, overall, it's good.
