Nice, everything just going nice, the scenery, the toilet, the hotel space everything going so good when I came to visit and stay at deluxe type.

Overall the room facilities are good & clean, but there is an important input and crucial area in the bathroom area of room 103 (don't know if the other rooms are the same). Right at the bottom (attached to the tiles) of the toilet seat there is a sharp iron support, because its position is not visible (especially in a slippery bathroom area) it is very dangerous and very painful when your feet stumble or when you fall which causes your head to hit the sharp iron. All the facilities are good & clean, only that is quite disturbing. Please pay attention and evaluate. Thank you

The hotel is in front of Telaga Sarangan, cars can be parked in front of the room.

I often stay at HAP Kintamani, but yesterday I got a dud. As soon as I arrived, the room was dirty, with lots of mud stains (shoe marks) on the floor, dirty bed sheets (with wet stains), and a dirty bathroom. I just arrived but the floor was already wet and slippery, and the balcony door was broken and couldn't be closed. Then the receptionist was unfriendly. We complained, but they kept putting on a less-than-friendly face. The receptionist's phone was also not working, so we had to walk back and forth from our room to the receptionist up to 3 times, the phone was not answered by the lady and the man. The receptionist was on duty on Sunday, February 15th at 2:00 PM. When asked directly, she said she was praying, even though there were 2 receptionists, a man and a woman. If you think about it, it's impossible for both of them to pray together, they must have taken turns manning the receptionist. But the cleaning service was very good, friendly, and quick. 🙏

From the beginning, I had noted that I had requested a room with a view, but it turned out I wasn't given one, instead I was given a view of another room. I intended to stay overnight to refresh myself, but when I saw the view, the room didn't match the one on TikTok and other social media. I wanted a refund but I wasn't allowed to change rooms. The sheets were dirty, the walls were dirty with adhesive from who knows what, it was a three-star hotel but it was like a budget hotel, the bathroom smelled, there was no AC or fan, it didn't match the price which was up to 500 thousand. For those who want to book here, be careful rather than regret it. If you know what you're doing, it's better to look for another hotel. I thought a famous hotel was good, but it turned out to be wrong.

The hotel staff is friendly, the sunrise view during breakfast is very beautiful, the view from the room during sunset is very beautiful.

I really enjoyed staying here. The view is beautiful, the location is nice, the mattress doesn't sag in the middle, the only downside is that the mattress is a bit dirty under the pillows and bugs can get in through the gap under the door. But overall, it's safe, comfortable, and enjoyable, haha.

A really nice villa, suitable for a family vacation, the room is spacious, there is a kitchen with full facilities, everything is clean both inside and outside, the small door that accesses the road to the lake is open so we can easily walk around Telaga Sarangan, it's really comfortable

My second stay at this hotel for an office event, and the ballroom was excellent and adequate. It's the best hotel in Sarangan. The rooms are basic, but the other amenities are top-notch.
