Very nice hotel and service

1. At the reception we waited too long, because the data was not saved at the first attempt, and info about 4 people was entered one more time. 2. The remote from TV was missing. 3. TV was not functional. 4. Call for a technician. 30 minutes later went to reception to find out that the technician is at the reception, obviously not even knowing about my request.(The remote was provided and the cables were connected eventually) 5. Corkscrew was missing at the bar, but wine was in the corked bottles.

The property was nice, but the staff is what sealed the deal for this property. Both Sophia and Matteo on the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us and guide our stay. They were so personable and made us feel so welcome.

The main assets of any business are the staff members. In our experience all the staff we interacted with were polite, friendly, warm and welcoming. This made our stay in this cool, new, chic hotel a pleasure. The ladies in the breakfast room were all particularly good. They never ceased to be happy to help even when they were coping with very busy periods.

Beautiful property on Murano. Service was fantastic, we arrived late on the first evening and the accommodated us in the restaurant after closure as the island services shut early. The room was a good size for a family, modern and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful hotel with outstanding service, particularly on reception. Matteo is helpful, knowledgeable and charming. The room and public spaces are chic and spotlessly clean.

A fabulous hotel, beautifully designed luxury with modern furnishings and everywhere is spotlessly clean. It's hidden away from crowds and a perfect location to appreciate Venice. We made use of the hotel boat from the hotels private jetty, very affordable and easy to book. Breakfast was delicious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Sabrina on reception for her local restaurant recommendations and room upgrade to make our anniversary stay even more memorable.

It was a little difficult to get to later in the evening. We had to walk in the dark from a water taxi stop a little farther away but the hotel was great. The restaurant was great too. Worth the walk.

Phenomenal, easy - they made it a proper holiday. From genuine recommendations, very kind and professional service, to the frankly incredible panoramic terrace (so quiet as well). I can't think of anywhere else around venice can boast both modern spotless facilities AND incredible staff. Felt like the all the best parts of Venice at a slower pace. Loved it. Booking to come back again.

Lovely hotel in stunning location. Only downside were rooms very small. Breakfast buffet was perfect. Easy to get to and from Venice (10 mins by vaporetto)

Was awesome but was not aware of the distance from Venice and the Airport. Website made it sound easily accessible.

Reception and restaurant staff were very pleasant and the facility was modern once inside and very clean. Back patio areas were excellent.

Wonderful property with excellent staff and lovely views

My husband and I very much enjoyed our four day break in this hotel where the staff were genuinely friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and though we were on the ground floor by an entrance we couldn’t hear people passing through or above us, so very peaceful. My only niggle was with room service at a cost of €10, (plus cost of food/drink obviously). The sandwich looked like it had been made in a hurry…..no garnish, literally tuna mayo on white bread!! Disappointing in this class of hotel☹️ We stayed in a premium room with a lagoon view, lovely and comfortable and spacious enough…..the over bath shower had excellent pressure😁 I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if staying on Murano…..beautiful island❤️

Excellent stay away from the bustle of venice. Would use again.
