The kitchen was very well kept and stuffed, room very clean and the park was amazing for a short work

Good proximity to Rogers Stadium via the York university subway. Food spots open till late since its a university area.

The room was clean, comfortable and very easy access to the main road, the nearby park to walk around is a bonus

I arrived a bit late for the host, they were helpful by providing me with the entry code. It would have been helpful to have a written list of information, e.g. what part of the kitchen was for guests, what other amenities and where they could be found.

Nice and affordable stay by York University’s campus. You check in by yourself and check out, it was very simple. Super convenient location that is close to the subway. I will definitely stay again!

I thank property owners for ensuring accomondation affordability, but the room and shared bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly (dirty kleenex and loads of dust under the bed/table, hair all over the bathtub and sink, urine on the toilet seat).

Checked in for a day and it was a nice experience

Very dirty. There is a clear miscommunication between the owner and cleaners for this unit. When I arrived, I found the room in pretty terrible condition. I am really not one to complain, but this was hard to ignore. There was long hairs all across the floors, bath mat, and bathroom walls. There was trash still in the trash can and a crack in the doorframe where you could see into the hall. There was a lot of dust under the bed along with trash and used condom wrappers. There was also trash on top of the dresser. The shower curtain had mold on it and the toilet paper holder was covered in dust and hair. There is no way this room had been properly cleaned in several uses. The sheets were clean, luckily. The owner said he would've had the room cleaned again if I would've messaged him when I arrived, but it was very late and I did not want to bother them at that hour. The room should have been properly cleaned prior to a guest's arrival nevertheless.

I was very disappointed with my first day staying at the hotel. The staff member I interacted with was rude and had difficulty communicating in English. The room was uncomfortably hot, with no air conditioning, and the bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, I’m not happy with my stay at this hotel.
