Please do NOT be fooled by their untrue photos or tempered by their low rates Shop around and with a bit of luck for a tenner more you will spare yourself the disappointment, distaste the night before your trip out of Heathrow. Calling is grant is just insulting the customers. Tired, old place, done on the cheap in the first place. On the airport place but the concrete path to the front door is a trip hazard mess of shards of broken concrete sticking out!! So you got to carry your luggage over the gravel and then to lift the suitcases over high threshold (if you notice or will be falling over it into the hallway). Smelly old carpet stinking of moth balls to the higher floors. I understand no frills, but come on, broken back seat of the only chair and even broken bin!!! Walking into the house (having survived the tremendous front garden and the threshold) I felt instantaneously cheated and lied to. This is because when they took a deposit of £50 of you for any damages, it gave me the impression that it is a freshly done, well taken care of place (as I the photos show!!!) and the owners wanted to make it stay that way. No! Dump is what I felt walking through. Sounds dodgy to catch those who don't read emails and are caught on CCTV still at the premises after strict 11.00am check out. They get their card swiped... One kettle for the entire house full of room and it is downstairs. Awful from A to Z.

The shower had only one heat setting - scalding. The sink taps wobbled and the sink was almost blocked. Otherwise everything was fine.

It was noisy , maintenance work needing done , was cold and no blankets , duvet I think was dusty as felt itchy and didn’t smell that fresh, I didn’t really feel that safe as single woman on my own and wish stayed in a proper hotel , it was not worth the money , had to pay extra £25 up front for security which didn’t like either

The property is not a hotel in any way shape or form. It is a room in a share house in a dodgy area. The area was very unsafe especially for children.

Do not stay here unless you are looking for the lowest price possible. This is not a hotel. This is a room. Nobody on site. No parking. Not very clean. Sparse amenities if any. It reminds me somewhat of a homeless shelter.

The worst place ever. They clearly tried to remodel a house to make it a hotel but it doesn’t work. No upkeep. Not like the photos in the least. Worst of all was that we planned to use the clothes washer/dryer and the phone operator says “ you didn’t book that, it’s out of order!” Ridiculous!

It was not as described. The listing said it was only a 4 minute drive from Heathrow, it took us way more than that even with clear traffic. When turning up and looking from the outside of the property, it was in the evening and we were greeted with curtains that weren’t even hung properly at the window and in between the gaps in the curtains, with the light being on inside - an unpleasant lounge area with two young men in their 20’s walking around in vests. We deemed it as unsafe and not as described when we first booked and never even entered. We called the customer service line to which a lady answered the phone, was extremely rude when we expressed concerns of our safety and how our stay wasn’t as described. And with no customer service or resolution - she hung the phone up without warning. We stayed at the Premier Inn down the road instead, booked last minute and only paid £52 - money well spent - especially for the guarantee of safety and security.

Great service

Customer services very poor they could do better and they should expect any question especially if you checked in late after 10pm.The place itself we had difficult to find and I was charged more as we couldnot see the name of the place as it shows online ..i sent her msg voa WhatsApp got ignored till i sreenshot ans sent itbto her also other guest had to come out to help me because tax leftr me in a dark no even light outside the property very dark.

I was in London for the first time, with limited Wifi, I had a 4hr delayed flight. As soon as I got connected to wifi I saw your email regarding check in obviously it was too late. Hoping to fiind a receptionist we went to location and were shocked to find NO ONE... you all have to revamp your procedures.

I would have better door opening experience

Just to be clear this is a bedroom in a converted house, with a lock on the bedroom door, and poor sound insulation so you can hear the planes at Heathrow. Tried it once but never again …

weird stay. convenient but not what i was expecting.

It wasn’t great! The heating was stuck on and it was too hot and so we had to have windows open and listen to aeroplanes taking off and landing. There was no shower gel, only hand wash where it should have been, the ironing board had come off of the wall and was being kept in the cupboard with massive sharp screws sticking out of it… We called customer service for some advise with parking and they said they would call us back but didnt…. Should have paid an extra tenner and stayed at the premier inn.

No door on front entrance; free access for animals and public. Very unkept property

This is not a hotel. It is like a bedsit/shared house. I was shocked to see Hotels.com allowing this type of property. I tried to cancel on the day but I couldn't. I stayed didn't dare leave anything in the room when I was out. No parking. If i wasn't alone I would not have stayed.

Location vis-a-vis airport was good. Communication about check-in was terrible (received a doc I couldn't open and then could not communicate with any living human until late the evening of check-in - almost had to re-book elsewhere). Bed was truly terrible, shower didn't work, no bath mat.

The name of the the ensuites sounded good. I signed the conditions sheet. We took a taxi to the place and it looks like a run down house. We didn't get the code to get in so stood outside in the snow storm and wind trying to get ahold of someone. We finally got in and then couldn't find room 3. We finally figured that out. The bed was clean but mattress was horrible. More like a hide-a-bed and not comfortable at all. We were half crippled in the morning. It did have a kitchenette but it was not very inviting. We did not take showers. Our room was really cold so we sat in the kitchenette and had some snack where there was heat. The blinds in the bedroom were broken and didn't cover the whole window. Not very private.
