Beautiful property. Clean and spacious rooms. St roch is a cute area. Happy with choice. If I had one suggestion it would be to equip rooms with keirig machines and to offer a couple pods. It would be an extra nice touch.

J’ai bien aimé l’appartement 602 avec la vue sur la ville et il y a un stationnement intérieur à cinq minutes de marche. Par contre, c’était bruyant à cause de l’immense surface vitrée et les oreillers sentaient vraiment mauvais.

Well divided, big windows and a nice view, all the utilities you need. Spend a really nice weekend with my girlfriend.

It was amazing! I would have liked to have a blanket for sleeping or relaxing in the couch, but the rest was perfect.

Very Nice place. Easy access, safe and walking distance to everything you need. Family of 4 with 2 teens and had plentty of room. Bunk beds were a plus.

Great value and clean & quiet.

No washing or drier machine in the flat (there were in common areas but coins were needed). No wardrobe for clothes. Excellent location, easy access and cleanliness.

Very small uncomfortable bed and mattress, no privacy bedroom is separated from living room by curtains. Windows facing the street have no blinds or dark curtains. No room service no stuff present at the property, limited towels and other toiletries. Noise from the street. No coffee or tea. Poor bedding and cleanliness.

The condo building had issues allowing us in with the code given at first and again the last morning. The two bedrooms didn't actually have doors, but black out curtains which provided ZERO sound abatement. The condo had a coffee maker, but I couldn't find any filters, so we had to go find coffee first thing in the morning.

Nice and quiet. A lot of natural light and space in the unit.

The property was attractive, updated and clean but the hotel operators seem to show very little concern for the comfort of their guests. For example, our unit on the 3rd floor had no privacy window coverings, only sheer see-through drapes for the large floor to ceiling windows that ran the entire width of the unit in the living room/dining/kitchen areas where guests can be seen from the outside and nearby buildings in evenings. If I can see into the windows of the buildings across from us then it's vice versa that they can see into our unit. Also, very low quality bedding with cheap thin sheets, extremely thin comforter and very rough towels. Also, most hotels provide shampoo and conditioner but only shampoo in small bottles were provided. When you have long hair, conditioner is often needed to detangle. There were two bathrooms in our unit but only one hair dryer between the two bathrooms. Also, the hair dryer didn't have a cold air button, not required but again would have been nice. Also, no full-length mirror which is often standard even in a 3-star or less hotel. All these items are not a big deal and add very little cost to make the unit feel a little more comfortable but considering how it was highly rated, it was disappointing. As a hotel guest, I was left with the impression that the operators only cared to make the unit look attractive to gain bookings but provided the bare minimum needed to accommodate their guests.

The loft was spacious and clean.
