It really doesn't match the picture. The room is dirty, the toilet has quite a lot of yellow crust. The mattress is also fragile. There are no toiletries at all.

Everything about this hotel is BAD. Dirty room, dirty toilet. Ripped sheet, bad smell. Dirty bed, AC is not working and windows cannot be closed. And I ordered their best room. They don’t have elevator, so if you have luggage, it’s a hassle to carry up.

For a night stay, it's okay, because it's in the middle of the city, the hotel just lacks maintenance. Hopefully in the future it will be better because the position is very good.

They only gave me one towel, the sheets were dirty, and the towels were also dirty. It was like a haunted place.

for cleanliness in the room is not well maintained, in every corner there is a lot of dirt & dust that may have never been cleaned, the bathroom is also crusty as if it has not been cleaned for months, the mirror in the room is broken (not replaced / repaired), the bathroom mirror is crusty, the sheets, pillow cases, & blankets are all dirty, towels are stained & have eyelashes, there is no explanation of the parking area for those who bring motorbikes, when checking out the receptionist is not on standby at the counter so that customers wait a long time. Please pay attention to things like this to the admin & hotel staff

Not bad for that price. Staff can be communicated and friendly, cheap. TV GAIN'T ON, bed and sheets seem GAIN'T changed. Towels are given in the morning.

The room smells, the pillows are dirty and have not been washed, there are no towels and soap, the bathroom is dirty, there is no drinking water and coffee in the room. The window is open and the AC has no remote and is hot. Not recommended for those who want to stay in Medan city at this hotel.

Don't expect too much for that price, towels are not provided, there is no AC remote, the sheets are so dirty hahaha.
