Very convenient!

Comfy beds, good breakfast, friendly staff and close to FSU visitor Center.

Very nice hotel

The location is a bit shady and doesn’t have a lot of parking. It’s a no frills hotel. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. Beds were super comfy. I would def stay here again.

Heater did not work and it was a cold night. We were given extra blankets but no maintenance people were available. Also-the keys we we given initially did not work and had to be replaced.

Room had not been vacuumed, and floor was dirty, comforter had orange stains, pillowcase was dirty, shower did not look like it had been cleaned and had mold, room was very rundown,l. Normally, Holiday Inn express offer is a very clean hotel with fairly modern rooms, but not this one I stayed two nights and housekeeping did come in, but they still didn’t vacuum

I do not think this hotel in this area should be over $300 per night. The hotel its self was clean and the staff was nice but my room had a broken faucet. When I reported it before check out I didn’t expect the maintenance man to walk into my room without knocking.

Great stay .. I will stay again

When we arrived at the property (late due to a delay in flight) the front desk person had left a note that they’d return. Thankfully, we didn’t have to wait very long to check in. The room was good, bathroom was clean but the bed could have used an extra pillow or two. Overall, a good experience.

Convenient to FSU. Propert kept well. Beds comfortable. Rooms have nice wood wall decor throughout room!

Stayed for one night for a concert at the moon. Gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and amazing. Had no issues.

Very clean and in close proximity to event we attended.

Just Ok. Use HIE on a regular basis. This one is more tired and dated than the usual. Convenient to FSU campus, easy parking, nice staff, pretty good breakfast. Room was good size and had fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The not so good were rooms were worn, pillows flat, poor lighting, we found small black bugs on the sheets.

What a wonderful experience with very kind and patient front desk staff. This was a very clean, quiet hotel and we will DEFINITELY be recommending this hotel.
