Walking distance to museum Prada. Walking distance from Atocha train station. Walking distance to eateries and easy pick up and drop off by taxis. Safe, secure and nice views from the terrace. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. Appreciated the coffee station on the level below. Would stay here again.

Very clean and secure. Somewhat difficult to find. Only found it by accident as we were walking up and down streets. There was no staff to interact with, strictly done via iPhone and the sending of codes to open the doors. Could have used a bigger bed, 6’7” and 6’ couple. Liked its closeness to the main train station in Madrid.

Good accommodation in a very good location. The building was good but some safety hazards. The room should be cleaned daily. The room in addition to mugs and kettle should have plates and cutlery.

Two friends and I booked rooms at the same time, and the prices were about the same, but my room was particularly small. There were several steps outside the bathroom door, and I almost fell when I went out after showering the first night.

Super conveninte location

Great stay! The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was superb, I don't think you can find a better spot for the quality and price. It is close to museums, El Retiro Park, and tons of bars and restaurants. There are metro and bus stations very close by, but you can pretty much walk anywhere. The only downside is that the walls are a little thin, so you can hear other guests from your room, but it’s nothing to complain about. The thick double-glazed windows work wonders, so there was no street noise at all. Slept like a rock during my stay.

Staff and the clean room

I like the lockers for storing our luggage on the day of our departure. The location is very walkable and convenient. I also really like the hardwood floor. The beds are comfortable too.

Excellent self-controlled AC/heat, beautiful clean modern room with good bathroom, small balcony, sound-proof shutters, free coffee,tea and also small fridge. Wonderful helpful staff!
