Se tardaron mucho tiempo en entregarme la llave de la habitación más de una hora. Primero me dijeron que como había reservado con expedía se tardaba en “caer” la reservación (así me dijeron) y luego cuando ya estaba la confirmación me comentaron que aún estaban limpiando la habitación. Ya cuando pude entrar el baño tenía el papel de baño en el piso y la tapa de la taza estaba rota y el piso sucio. Al día siguiente el desayuno comenzaba a las 7 am y tenía prisa, pero aún no estaba listo y tuve que esperar más de 20 minutos. Ojalá mejoren esos aspectos para que la estancia sea placentera y no estresante.

The hotel did not have a room for me; they said they do not honor any deals from Hotel.com or Expedia. I was left without a place to stay or sleep after flying all night. The customer service representative and the manager did not care and refused to cancel my reservations, even though they charged my account for the amount they were charging that day.

This property is an absolute hidden hidden jem their large balcony rooms are excellent, and the location is probably the best part of this hotel for the price. You are next to everything you need five minute walk to the mall, two minute walk to a dozen restaurants and bars.

Tuvimos una buena experiencia con esta cadena de hotel. habitaciones muy limpias, servicio 10/10!
