Nice and kind staff and quiet, safe and convenient location for metro. Metro station only 5minutes away from hotel. It took just 25mins to downtown of Rome. It’s very convenient.

Room was too hot. Recommended we leave the window open but the window was a balcony door that opened next door to another room balcony. Did not feel safe doing that. The restaurant food was really 👍

Overall good hotel, close to transportation. We were supposed to have free parking as part of our contract, but the “free” parking spots were very limited. As a result we had to pay for parking two nights out of the four nights we stayed. In addition we could not shower on our last morning because the water was cold and no hot water was available.

We stayed four nights.we felt safe ,comfortable and valued .our kids were very happy with the stay.The food was amazing.The staffs were excellent and caring.The hotel was clean and was quiet near to metro station.

The lobby is in decent condition but when you get to the rooms is where it gets scary. The bedding and pillow cases are dirty or stained. At $200 Euro per night for a standard room if your linens are stained especially blood stained, throw them out. It’s gross and unsettling to sleep on stained sheets and pillow cases. My daughter’s room was so disgusting we called down to have the room cleaned, new bedding etc but there was only one employee in the whole hotel and he moved her to a new room. This room was less dirty and at least did not have blood stains all over the bedding but it was still not worth the money in any way. Do not stay here it is a rip off. Plus the day staff were completely rude and did not care about the state of the rooms.

Our room we booked had aircon issues so we were moved to another room which was sub standard to what we originally had and had paid for, no outdoor furniture on the balcony, disappointing.

That staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating. Room was impeccably clean. We left came back it was cleaned again. Breakfast was delicious every morning.

This place was okay! The breakfast was good, the room was big, but the main issue I have with this hotel is the bed was lop-sided. I didn't sleep at all while I was here because the mattress was so uncomfortable! My mother loved the place and we were both very pleased with the breakfast. The room was clean, the hotel was in a safe area, the hotel overall was average. I was also able to park my car with no issue, so that was nice. Overall, I'd maybe stay here again but the price of this place was far too high, honestly.

The staff are amazing! True professionals! Very helpful in every way!! The daily breakfast was delicious! Lots of variety! Location within a short walk to the Metro, mall and eateries! Our trip to Rome was a delight, all thanks to our Movie-Movie Hotel experience!
