Good, nice and wonderful.

No heating in late Oct when the temp was about 16C at night

The room was big, with a very nice bed with crispy sheets and orthopedic pillows as well as normal pillows. There was also a steamer to clean and dry clothes and a small fridge. Three small bottles of water per day and all kind of amenities. I didn't expect it to be so good ! The only minus point is that the towels were a little too small for drying off after shower, although they were plenty. A small breakfast was also included, but I didn't try it.

The hotel is being managed with an iron fist. You are constantly told how to behave, including how to sit in the breakfast room chairs. We had severe bizarre interactions with the hotel staff, which can be attributed to cultural differences… We were awakened on our second night at 11:20pm by a telephone ring. The front desk appeared to have dialed by mistake and he sounded apologetic.

Helpful staff and good parking space.

The hotel is nice - great location. However, you only get 1 full size towel, regardless of how many individuals are in the room. Also, the pillows aren’t very comfortable but the bed was amazing. This was my second visit to this hotel and it was worth it. Just recommend requesting extra towels if more than the be regular sized person stays in the room. Drying off with hand towels was awful

Convenient distance from the Suncheon KTX station. But the surrounding area is not clean.

Great services, but wish there was more options of breakfast.

Très pratique lorsque l’on arrive de la gare. Très bien équipé et confortable. De là il était facile de regagner les berges de la rivière pour une très agréable promenade dans de magnifiques jardins.
