Our stay in this hotel from 1/1/2026 to 1/3/2026 led to a sleepless night, as the hotel staff was incapable of dealing with our noisy neighbors. There was a party going on in the room next to us and loud music and yelling kept us awake through the night. I complained at the reception multiple times, after that the noise would (maybe) briefly stop, and then start again. Ultimately I gave up realizing that the hotel does not have a proper procedure and/or staff is not properly trained to deal with the situation like this. So if having a good night's sleep in a hotel is important to you, stay away from Melia Frankfurt.

Great location. Front desk staff was very nice. Room was very well appointed with nice bathroom products.

The room was ok but quite small....no good tastes for the decor and too many furnitures that are not required. Hard to open the lighting system and the AC/Heathing. I will never gp again .

Room clean and good amenities, room was too hot however and did ask twice for them to sort it but wasn’t really resolved. Bar staff excellent

Flawless. The sauna was spectacular. Didn't try the restaurants. Good location that isn't too busy in the immediate area.

This was my first stay at this hotel. I arrived at 1:15 PM and asked if the room was ready. I was told that I needed to pay an additional €40 for early check-in. I’ve stayed in hotels all my life, and this is the first time I’ve ever been asked to pay extra for arriving just two hours early. In every other hotel, if the room is ready, they simply provide it , and if not, you wait. It’s a pity, because everything else was very good. Next time I stay in Frankfurt, I’ll return to the hotels I’m familiar

I liked how quiet it was in the rooms,i would never hear any noise. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel itself was within walking distance to the city center.

All in all a nice stay However, we were disappointed by the hotel's attitude with regards to guests arriving earlier than check-in time. Upon our early arrival, just a few hours before check-in time, we were told that our room was ready but that if we wanted to use it we would need to pay extra. We didn't expect to have our room ready, so we wouldn't have been disappointed if we were told it wasn't. However the room was ready and it's a pity that an extra charge was requested. We've stayed in many hotels in many countries, and we obviously don't expect to be able to access our room before check-in time, however there were many cases in which our rooms were ready before check-in time and we were offered to use them with no extra charge - just as a show of going beyond the customer's expectations.

AC was broken in the first room, we were then moved to another room after a few phone calls and the staff trying to fix it, in the next room AC was great but unfortunately the door lock was broken, The staff are very friendly, helpful, Damir is wonderful, he is very thorough, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond!! The night I was leaving though, someone by the name Mario was helping me and I found him to be very rude - he basically said ‘I printed your invoice, what more do you want when I was trying to confirm when my deposit will be refunded. Area is not central - seems ok but I wasn’t feeling very comfortable walking alone in the evening, hence made sure I’m back before dark. The hotel is a few steps away by subway. For dining, the food in the hotel was the best bet quality wise - not much around that area.

After our original trip to Belfast got cancelled at the Airport; we booked alternative trip to Frankfurt on a wim ! Not sure the upgrade to the Level is worth the money anymore if I'm honest. Have stayed a numerous other locations but this felt a little 'timed' spirit drinks removed after certain time (can appreciate it) and then can have wine/beer soft drinks up til 10pm (not quickly replenished), no hot drinks available. Got the impression people abusing the nature of 'The Level' or even gaining access without staying in the upgraded rooms ? - For us just wanted to relax after long day walking with a glass of something cold ! stunning views though. Hotel is in amazing location, under 15 mins from airport and easy 25 mins stroll to the City; old and new buildings sitting in harmony, loved our visit.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff! Panoramic view from hotel rooms and terrace over Frankfurt skyline, training Gym, wellness and parking and a great morning metal - we had a great stay at the hotel. And it is close to city centrum 🙂

I only give 3 because I have had issues with them during Covid and during their opening in September 2021. Yet gave many chances but nothing of this hotel came out good. I have had a very disturbing and unpolite discussion with the former manager.. Just because I complained in a very detailed review on google and luckily the temporary “manager” saw it and called for explanation, “luckily” he gave us an upgrade that’s why I’m writing this review. Thanks to this, latest stay was fairly good. Ps : stayed there 4 times for my birthday… quite an adventure.
