Convenient and nice hotel in the East side of the city. Nice and cooperative staff. A couple of new buildings in the area full of shops and restaurants

Second time in this hotel the worst ever not soap no shampoo never ever again.

I waited more than 1 hour and a half for the room and turned to get a lower category room

I was concerned with fire safety as many fire sprinkler heads still had plastic covers as did fire smoke detectors. I was worried both would not function properly and many were spotted on multiple floors and lobby

the only thing was no phone, no tv working and a cucaracha in the bed

Staff were very accommodating and helped us through every step, which was a little more involved with 3 younger kids! They even helped us retrieve one of our kids swimsuits that flew off the balcony rail while it was drying. They coordinated a comfortable, on-time ride to the airport at a reasonable fee too.

The Hotel needs updating and upkeeps, the staff was nice, a list of things needed to be done in the suite where we stayed was e mailed to the Hotel Administration. The suit was huge, with great potential for a better sell, the view from the suite was beautiful except for the buildings around under construction. The hotel and food are a little pricey, one of the elevators didn’t work properly etc. etc.

What a beautiful hotel! It is in the perfect location in zone 15 and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast in the gourgeous restaurant that has the best view of the city I have ever seen, panoramic! Love this place. We will be back!

Clean and comfort

The place is alright.

The only good thing of this hotel was Customer service it was excellent. Our room had visible water damage on the ceiling and floor. The tv wasn’t working and the AC either. We slept with the sliding doors of the balcony open to get some cool air. The room had a moldy smell to it. The shower had drainage problems. It would get flooded and the water remained there for a bit. It’s kind of gross to have dirty water up to your ankles. The other thing was the beds are so hard! Left with a back ache. We checked out two days before and moved to a different hotel.

La habitación incluye el desayuno, los días tuve que irme sin desayunar. Llegaba a pedir el desayuno a las 7:10 y tardaron más de 40 minutos, tuve que irme porque tenia que llegar al trabajo a las 8. Los dos días fue imposible desayunar, más de 40 minutos para entregar un desayuno es una falta de respeto a los que tenemos horarios laboral.

Location of the property is very good. Food options are good.
