Overall, I had a good stay at Oceana All Inclusive. I really enjoyed the food, especially the buffet breakfast and dinner. The snack bar by the ocean was also a great addition. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort had a nice atmosphere. However, there were a few things that could be improved. Some areas of the resort were quite far from the pools and beach, which meant a lot of walking. I also had to ask more than once for assistance with my luggage before someone came to help. Additionally, one staff member was not very friendly. One thing that stood out to me was the entertainment activities. There was a game where guests had to name things such as countries, fruits, and other categories, but it was conducted entirely in Spanish. While I understand that many guests speak Spanish, it would be nice if activities were also offered in English or made bilingual so that English-speaking guests can fully participate and feel included. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, especially the food and oceanfront atmosphere, but I believe there is room for improvement in guest services and inclusivity during activities.

Lindas instalaciones, el personal de servicio amable pero no me gusta la parte all inclusive porque la calidad de la comida y las bebidas deja mucho que desear. Además no me parece que solo hayan 2 restaurantes con comida especial y si uno no alcanzó cupo no tiene derecho a entrar y finalmente todo eso se está pagando. Además si es all inclusive no entiendo porque las bebidas del mini refrigerador en la habitación si tendrían un costo adicional.

Amenities are veey durty...no maintennace poor quality of food

Charged for a massage I didn’t get. Claimed I was late but the masseuse acted like she didn’t have the appointment and lied. No cleaning room service. No English speaking. Stole my body spray. Front desk was extremely rude. Dining staff seemed irritated.

Parking was easy and secured, excellent service, very attentive and friendly, easy access

The hotel is beautiful the only thing that needs improvement is check-in long lines. The hotel has lots of green areas that are perfect

Property is beautiful, staff is excellent, the only problem is, is secluded and traffic is horrible to get back to Guatemala City. Goggle map send us through a dirt road full of pot holes full of water the size of a pool, with no one around to help.. My only observation for the improvement of this resort is, for them to advice guest of this different roads.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. So we have a family trip planned for here in two weeks. Total spend about 1500 a room and about 8 rooms. So we are spending 10,000 usd. 1) They do not allow any cancellations or refunds. 2) Their communication sucks. I emailed them on March 3rd. No response. Follow up on March 8th and they finally respond on March 10th. Send another email on March 11th and get a response on March 17th telling me to reschedule out to someone on WhatsApp. I message them and I get no response on WhatsApp from their concierge. I have to send a follow up email and then the concierge responds with very little detail. Also their WhatsApp automated system is terrible. 3) Finally they do not coordinate pick up or drop off from the airport. After spending 10,000 usd expect a lot of frustration. Wish I had never booked here. After being there I was disappointed with the quality of food. There was also limited activities to do on the resort.

No electrical outlets in the Bathroom? ;-(

Oceana Resort is beautiful place, the wait staff is very friendly, accommodating, eager to satisfy your needs. However, I do have one observation (which I share wi management) the fact that there is no servers at the pools is very inconvenient, not everyone is willing to seat at the bar for hours, but instead choose to have drinks throughout the day. It gave me impression that this model was to discourage or minimize consumption of food and drink. For an all inclusive, some people do not get what they paid for.
