The staff was incredible, attending to issues when they arise. They were helpful teaching me Vietnamese and giving suggestions for good restaurants and activities. They had a place underneath the building to park my rented scooter. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide assortment of food choices.

My original plan was to spend 6 nights at Prague Hotel, and on night 6, my plane back home was cancelled and I had to stay an extra day in Da Nang. Thankfully, the night receptionist at the Prague supported me by extending my stay for an extra night at the same cost as what Traveloka charged me. I am forever grateful for the hospitality and support of the staff at the Prague, from the receptionists to the room service ladies to the staff at the dining facility. They made me feel at home during this trip in Da Nang, especially when I was going through the emotional turmoils of the plane cancellation. Thank you, Prague Hotel for making my trip in Da Nang feel warm and comfortable. I highly recommend Prague Hotel to those who are in need of a clean, comfortable place to stay that include delicious and nutritious breakfast buffet.

The soundproofing of the room is very poor, the toilet smells bad, the hotel owner's attitude is also not good, guests wearing wet slippers into the hotel were yelled at loudly by the owner. In addition, the staff is cheerful, the buffet has few dishes but is delicious.

Phòng nhìn vậy chứ rộng, mình ở phòng 405. Lễ tân oki hỗ trợ khách nhanh gọn. Đi ra biển cũng không xa

Mình không hài lòng về khách sạn này một chút nào. Phòng nhỏ và không được thoáng như trong ảnh, mình book hộ bạn phòng 1 giường đôi nhưng lại ghép 2 giường đơn nằm không thoải mái. Loại phòng mình đặt không ăn sáng, bạn mình biết nhưng khi checkin khách sạn không nói rõ, nói mập mờ làm bạn mình hiểu lầm là vẫn được ăn sáng và khi check out thu 100k/người/ngày. Giá này mình thấy không hợp lý với 1 khách sạn 3 sao như vậy, đồ ăn thì rất ít, có hôm còn không ăn gì nhưng vẫn tính. Bản thân mình là người làm du lịch sẽ không recommend khách sạn này cho những khách sau đâu.

The room is like the picture, neat and clean. Friendly, attentive reception, enthusiastic support, extremely stable buffet breakfast. The beach is 300m away, the first morning our family bathed in the swimming pool, two days later we went to the sea. First time booking and I am satisfied with this hotel. I highly appreciate the service of Prague Hotel.
