Having complimentary breakfast is a rarity and the options were great. being able to make fresh waffles as well was a bonus. Place was clean and staff were very friendly.

This is a tough review and I wish I could be more favourable. We chose this hotel for the pool and for being pet friendly. The property itself is in good shape. The free/included breakfast is decent. The room was clean and spacious with the exception of a crumpled up soiled hand towel that was in our bathroom when we arrived. Upon check-in we entered the hotel with our polite dog on a leash after 5:00 PM. The agent at the desk indicated the per fee for our stay would be $70.00!! We were at the hotel for less than 20 hours.. we have payed much more reasonable pet fees at much nicer and more hospitable hotels. We headed to the pool area a bit later after check-in and there were many families enjoying the amenities. My son entered the pool and abruptly came over to enter the hot tub with me as the pool was too chaotic with youth and children thrashing around. We sat in the luke warm hot tub and abruptly left after 3 minutes because small children were cannonballing into the hot tub, flinging water and splashing like crazy with no parental supervision or care. It was a dangerous situation and it was clear our family would not be able to enjoy the pool or hot tub. I’ve never seen such unchecked chaos or risky behavior. When I let the front desk know of the situation they could not have been more indifferent. There were signs all over the lobby and elevator addressing bad behaviour by guests; this should have been our first clue. Unfortunate, we won’t book here again.

If coming back to my room later in evening hardly any parking !
