The welcome was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-equipped. I liked that the towels were already in place and not just folded on the bed. There was no water on the room - but I found out later that there was a water tap in the corridor. And no water in the coffee machine - which had no clear instructions. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I liked the decor and layout of the room and the shower was excellent. If I return to Toulon I will try to stay here.

We loved our stay at Okko. We would recommend. Its close to the station, Old Town and port.

I had an amazing stay,i cant pick one bad thing to be fair.my room was a bit small,but very clean ,soundproof and comfortable.sleeping was good and comfortable,how ever the pillows aren’t the best.aircon works are normal.Hotel stuff are very nice and friendly.they’ve got great facilities.free snacks was just superb. Also their coffee es amazing! Beach is just 15-20 min away with the bus.its a great place to spend ur holiday.i loved every single bit of my stay. I highly recommend it! Definitely visiting again!

We stayed 2 nights for vacation. The room was clean. The staff at front desk were friendly, even though one of the room service ladies was not that nice ( She kept knocking at the door before 10:30 am wanting to clean the room. We told her to come later, she was unhappy and had an attitude). I reported it to the reception desk lady and she apologized and gave me one free breakfast as compensation. I appreciate it. So, I still recommend this hotel.

What an excellent hotel this is . A very warm and pleasant greeting from all members of staff . Perfectly located for both the city and the railway station . We would not look anywhere else next time we visit.

We were two couples, my partner and I and my niece and her husband, staying in Toulon for the first time for five days. The hotel is modern, in an excellent location to both the centre of the town and the railway station. The personnel, particularly Aya and Auriane, were extremely helpful and very patient with my awful French and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. One facility which was extremely helpful was a 24-hour lounge area for all the residents where you could help yourself to drinks (teas, coffees etc) and to nibbles and fruit. It proved invaluable and we stay there again without hesitation. Thank you again for giving us such a pleasant stay.

Great centrally located hotel, a stone-throw from the train station. Lovely staff, who were all very friendly and helpful with any request. Would definitely recommend the club room to get access to the unlimited tea/coffee/water/fresh juices and little snack plates and treats - all free. Impeccably clean throughout and the beds were very comfortable. This fabulous experience means I will checking if there is a OKKO hotel in the location of our next vacation.

We've not given particularly high marks for this hotel. Whilst the service etc. was great, we found the room too small and its layout not great. It would not suit a larger person, especially the separate toilet, and the lack of space around the bed, especially past the wardrobe, wasn't great, particularly when trying to get to the toilet during the night. The wardrobe itself didn't really afford sufficient space to allow us to fully unpack and so we lived out of our cases. We did however appreciate the club room with a constant supply of refreshments and the friendliness of the staff, and good location. All in all, just didn't suit us and not what we want from hotel accommodation.

Great hotel, very close to the train station and 10-15 minute walk from the marina. Friendly welcome. Clean room. Very small toilet (had to reverse to get out) but the shower was excellent.The Club facility is very good. Disappointed that I couldn't get access to the rooftop bar during my stay.

I travel the world for a living and stay at many hotels. Not an active reviewer, but want to make sure I give my positive feedback for Okko Hotels Toulon. Impressive customer service and friendly staff - I LOVE ‘the club’ - it’s my morning coffee, my office, and truly enjoy the little Happy Hour in the evening with snacks, local wine and beer. Staff is extremely attentionate and scores high on personal service. Highly recommend this place as ‘the hotel’ downtown Toulon.

This property is an excellent choice. I am a soda traveller and I felt extremely safe not a huge eater so the free nibbles available were okay for me receptionist was very very helpful and the gentleman who took over from her. It was also great early check-in and late checkout at no extra cost. Thank you for letting me have a splendid day at your hotel even though it was only one night next time I will definitely come here.

Nice modern clean hotel with comfy bed and good shower. Only minor issue was that room was pretty warm and understandably air conditioning isn't usable in winter.

Hotel was great!

We stayed at Okko Hotel the night before we travelled to Corsica by ferry. It's very close to the train station and the centre of Toulon. The ferry terminal is a 20/25 minute walk. Very enjoyable stay in Okko Hotel. Comfortable bed with linen/cotton bedding. Very pleasant and obliging reception staff. The hotel is doing a lot to be eco-friendly, filtered water stations, fixed hand wash/shower gel/shampoo dispensers. Lounge for residents offering tea, coffee and snacks all day was a real treat. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Okko is 4.5 -5 stars Complimentary snacks, fruits , coffee, juices, Free canapy .... Free ...,. Okko allows for a lounge rental ... Which includes the food perks The staff S, A, L and cleaning crew are serious ... Best time is weekends after 1:00 pm weekdays after 9:00 to use lounge ... Weekdays 10-5 forget it . Hotel is a bit pricy compared to BB hotel chain but a must for okko before your trip in toulon ...or last day ..to pamper yourself ..I met the bar top lounge ..never went to it but the chef shared some info to the services ..next time... Okko does lack an ice box and available ice .. It is a hardcore environmental friendly hotel . Try Okko at least once ...
