Absolutely gorgeous!! In a great spot easy to get back into where we needed to go!! Good was amazing!

Clean beds, air conditioning was good. The room was essentially clean and well kept except for the random hairs on the desk/table in the room. The restroom toilet stall area had several stains on the wall which we asked the staff for a spray so we could clean it. The bathroom had a weird layout. You don’t exactly have privacy from the bedroom area. And there is not enough room on the vanity/sink area for anything. There is a lack of charging outlets if you travel with more than two devices that need charging. There isn’t a pool on the premises which was a disappointment. But there are several food/dining choices nearby within walking distance.

The food

The room’s bathroom is a problem if you don’t travel by yourself. No doors, it’s like an open bathroom space. There’s a see through door for the shower and toilet but you can clearly see the person. Not great for intimacy. I might not book this hotel again because of this.

Location and facilities are great, the only issues I had was Parking, there’s not self parking as advertised, you have to valet parking every time you want to go out and that is an inconvenience, also there’s not a mini fridge on the rooms, stayed 4 nights housekeeping skipped one day, breakfast is mid ( I know is free) but still, other than that it was good.

There was a great hotel. Great room service. We went to San Luis to play a tournament. Then we decided to get a couple of days to enjoy this hotel.
