I loved my stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in São Paulo. Lovely staff and everyone was more or less bilingual though I spoke to them mostly in Portuguese.

I think the service at this property was excellent. The bartender, the waiter in the restaurant, the food, the drinks. Everything was great!! And the hotel was clean, the room was clean as well. There is nothing I can say we dis not like about this place. Okay, maybe one thing. I wish they had more food selections on the menu in the restaurant. And the the breakfast in the morning, that was very rich and contained a variety of things to choose from. All in all, I would definitely recommend Canopy Hilton in São Paulo.

Stayed for 2 nights. Clean and safe. Good breakfast. Also had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was really good. Make sure to bring a universal adapter as the outlets are only for Brazilian devices.

Very good price, and decent location. I didn’t find the beds to be that comfortable, and wouldn’t say that this hotel is luxurious, but the building seems to be newer, is modern, clean, well maintained, and will meet your basic needs for a short or long term stay. The staff members were friendly, and service was great! Breakfast was also included which was a plus.

Super clean. Very modern. Spacious. Excellent breakfast. Super comfortable bed sheets and towels. Water filter available for the rooms. Excellent service and great location! Love it.

The rooms were excellent. The reception team amazing.. however the service in the restaurant was very slow, and considering hardly anyone was in there at the time.

Nice area, good free breakfast. I didn’t like that we were charged about $100 for early check in.

Front desk was very helpful and made sure we are safe, getting us taxi and talk to the cab driver to protect us when he took us to not safe areas.

Usually Hilton brands are good but this was my worst Hilton experience. I paid $300/day and it’s not worth. The room was noisy, the utilities are old and service was horrible. I regret picking this hotel when there were other better choice for cheaper prices around.

Friendly amazing staff, clean modern rooms, great breakfast buffet. I also loved the filtered water stations on each floor.
