Amazing room and a great hotel, staff were also super helpful, food was great and pool awesome too!

Although the room was clean. The beds are so uncomfortable. Window were full of condensation. First and last time staying there!

The room was spotless and staff were well mannered only let down was I ordered a fish&chips for a meal and it came out burnt I did complain and my bill was amended and had to wait 24hrs on the payment going back in to my bank account,

Check in was long and slow and difficult despite ‘pre checking’ in. Service in restaurant was slow and unfriendly. Room was good as were facilities. Lots of noise audible from other rooms but that could just have been the occupants not the building fault.

Trendy cute hotel ! Everything was clean and it’s a 14 minutes ride to the airport.

Good, modern and quite trendy, without being at a Kings ransom. The bedrooms are spot on and make you want to stay longer.

Good breakfast but no discount for Radisson members. Expensive bar prices. Pub menu was ok but some food seemed reheated as opposed to cooked fresh. Shuttle service worked ok.

Great location and room however No information on arrival about set up/facilities, digital only room information. Room service charges. Delay & Cold food at pick up, wrong pizza, no power in room after breakfast. No answer on phone to report issue.

Hotels are very clean

Clean quiet hotel with a comfortable bed. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again.

I didn’t have a great stay here because I found it unfriendly.

Everything was lovely and perfect the evening before a flight

We did not like it at all, The Marriott Heathrow Airport is much better
