Amazing stay in Silicon Oasis

Nice place. Staff were very helpful

Bathroom not very clean find hair in the sink, Soap dispenser Toilet not clean

Excellent hotel, Excellent service and staff

The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed my attention to the hotel. I loved everything! I highly recommend Radisson Red for its cozy rooms, friendly staff especially Shirline so helpfuland and amazing asset to the company , serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!

Service and housekeeping are poor

I had a short 3 nights stay at the hotel. Fit for purpose. Not glamorous but not bad either.

Rude check in. Shower not working. Told it would be fixed. Wasn’t. Bugs and gheko in the room.

Hello, first of all, it took 10-15 min to get hot water to the shower or the faucet; i almost missed my appointment the first night. Besides wasting time, this is a huge waste of water which goes against any environment benefits the hotel is trying to achieve! The tiles in the shower were cracked and broken in several areas. The AC at the lowest setting could not combat the heat outside leaving me dripping in sweat. The lobby wreaks of cigarette smoke in the evenings; I guess overflow from the bar. The concierge/ front desk were not available most of the time and called back on occasions and on occasions had to call several time to get any assistance. The location is not convent to any dining, except for Jone's the grocer and the list goes on. I hope that this helps and hopefully you can do something about it. regards, Wissam

The property location is very quiet while there are still things to do. The staff especially was very polite and accommodating. Shalina at the front desk was a gem. The concierge staff was awry and helpful. I would stay here again.

nice and cozy hotel

Amazing hotel amazing staff

Really nice and clean hotel, staff all really friendly and helpful. Hotel location was great for me as i was working only a few minutes away but its not so close to the tourist parts. Roof top pool bar and pool really nice and clean with towels available. Restaurant food really nice and good quality.

I love it specially its for pets friendly

While the hotel is very well maintained and the staff friendly, we were quite disappointed by the lack of access our dog had to this self-acclaimed “pet friendly” hotel. In fact, there is only one floor and one restaurant that allows the pets. The rest of the hotel including its other facilities, restaurant/bar, and rooftop area are completely pet-free. We didn’t even sleep there as there was very little we could do since we had our dog with us.

Thanks to all the staff for helping us with our many bags and two cats. We couldn’t have done it without you. I needed things printed and you all did it quickly, making my stay so much easier as I was transmitting to the airport. The hotel suite we stayed in was wonderful and we especially enjoyed the rooftop bar with views.

Very unique place and room decoration

Very nice hotel, value for money. The staff is just amazing, they have good breakfast because it’s serviced to you as you order. Is not like other hotel when you see all that foods knowing no one will eat it. The array is good for walk around with your pet. Also there nice restaurants and shishia places :) . I do like this hotel the style the simple way of serving. Last thing I’d say is the size of the rooms which is very very not standard.
