My second order was through Channelstay. My stay here was pleasant. I'm just trying to find a solution for parking. Parking is so expensive that it can't be covered. I hope there will be improvements in the future.

There were no towels available, the room was stuffy, and the bathroom blower was broken. Overall, everything was good. Check-in and checkout were easy.

The mattress smells like someone's used bedsheets, the AC is leaking, there's no soap, the TV remote is broken and ugly!!!

The staff is friendly, but cleanliness needs to be improved. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the shower was broken, you have to ask for towels and toothpaste first, the rest is fine.

Even though my father only stayed here for a day, it felt very uncomfortable... if I had known the room wasn't like the photo offered like this, I would have just booked at the hotel next door -_- the bedroom was very disappointing (very dirty and there were lots of unusable items).
