Love the spa.

Honestly the place is soulless it’s got art on the walls and looks fancy sat up on hill side but really it’s pretty bad i will say food was nice breakfast was nice …

It was a massive disappointment! We booked this hotel specifically to spend a day at their spa for our babymoon. When we got there, they told us all spa amenities were closed until the next day at 11 AM, when we were expected to check out. Had I known, I wouldn't have booked this hotel or even stayed in Aracena at all! It is misleading that they do not let you know beforehand on which dates the spa will be closed. I won't be back.

I regret to give negativity, towards any properties.This property is beautiful, with incredible views. Unfortunately, it's rated 4* but the front desk service 2* Lack of professional serv. & visibility, poor language skills for International guests. House keeping & resto. staff 4* also the pool area/grounds were great. The indoor Spa, is a ripoff... especially, if u wanted to use the pool/facilities. Unfortunately, I was never able to view the Host or speak with them for an appt! Regarding my rm. No" tissues in the bathroom, no free water daily, no robs/slippers no toilet brush for cleaning... Now" the food @ the resto, is very basic, not impressive. Breakfast, had a decent amount of choice, it's ok! I've stayed @ many other Barcelo's. Sadly" this one, has no Character or Charm, just an amazing view of the city/mountains!!! The parking situation could be better for quests. Hopefully, the Barcelo Management will take note & improve better service @ this property! Thanks...

the staff is so kind, the food was amazing.

Fabulous quality rooms with magnificent views over Aracena, wonderful staff and service, very good breakfast, beautiful pool and bar. Only downside is no shuttle service to town. Impossible for older people to walk into Town . there are only 2 taxis in town who are difficult to book and finish at 1.30pm. Stranded in town after dinner. A kind local helped us.

Spacious room with very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and great terrace with magnificent views of the Castle, town and pool area. Good restaurant on site. It’s a bit of a walk into town and uphill on the way back but plenty of restaurants once you get there. A very enjoyable stay

they do not have a service to help you with your bags 😱😱😱

Best place to stay while in Aracena & Jabugo area.

Fabulous stay. Gorgeous room, great breakfast and a terrific gastro pub on site. The staff are all terrific.

Lovely hotel. Staff is great and very helpful. Had a small issue when first checking-in but they made up for it extraordinarily.

El desayuno buffet muy pobre el embutido no está a la altura de la zona y el resto muy sencillo

La habitación es muy amplia. El único inconveniente es la ubicación, relativamente lejos del centro urbano, y teniendo que atravesar una carretera, lo que puede resultar peligroso.
