Very modern hotel. Felt safe. Bunk beds in our room so the teenagers had their own bed. Having laundry in the basement was amazing. Very close to train and amusement park. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, space and staff members. The vibe is excellent and there are plenty of places to relax and work; whatever your aim for the stay. The only minor potential for improvement might be providing more loo roll when doing up the rooms. The rest was exemplary and I had a wonderful stay.

This is an excellent place to stay especially for extended stays. You get exactly everything you need with the best staff support. The location is ideal with well connected tram and underground stops less than 10min walk away— you can be across the river or in the city in 15min. The surrounding area is safe and quiet with a few pretty decent food spots. The room itself is cleans daily and the free laundromat service was so appreciated! (Note here that it’s shared with college students so it can be a bit of a wait at peak times). Overall it’s great quality for the price. I would highly recommend

Probably the coolest hostel over stayed at. Great amenities. I found it hard to meet people though lack of events. Staff was mixed, special shout out to the girl from South Africa but a few seemed annoyed by questions later on. Breakfast is worth the price! Free laundry included is a great bonus too

Our room was 80°F when we entered. Despite a visit from maintenance and a few conversations, the room never got below 76°F. The a/c turns off when you leave the room and this apparently cannot be remedied. This is not our first stay at this hotel, and we took the offered upgrade for this room. We found it very difficult to sleep in the heat. Otherwise, the hotel was good.

Brilliant! Really loved this place.

This is the second Social Hub I have stayed at, and they are excellent. There is a sense of community that you will not necessarily find elsewhere.

Bit further out than most of our stays but the underground and metro were very easy to navigate and use.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the location is great, ten minute walk to the train station or a tram stop right outside. Food at the restaurant was great as were the drinks and the room was excellent too - 10/10 would return

The room was cute, but a little dusty. Staff was very polite, welcoming and smiling! There was a gym, a game area, a cowrking area, a relaxing area, a restaurant, a bar.. a place that lacks nothing!!! I really love it! If i come back in vienna i will stay here.. and if i travel around the world i will search for a social hub!! :) If I can make a criticism: please you have to tell the cleaning ladies to knock before entering the rooms because in three days they're come while we were under shower or in the bed. This is really uncomfortable.. otherwise, I loved this place

Environment is pretty charming and cool. Full of young people. Room is ok, bed comfortable and breakfast ok. Location is convenient, walking distance from the metro. I didn’t rate 5 stars just because I had some alergic reaction (perhaps due to polen?)
