Not a 5 star hotel. Poor front desk communication.

Amazing hotel, exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel staff were excellent and could not have done more for us. Not only is it located in the most sought-after per of the centre but also close to everything we wanted to see. We wished we were staying lo no er, but will definitely come back to the hotel soon.

Amazing location and beautiful hotel. The hotel is right in the center of the city center. We loved the fact we could walk everywhere. There are tons of restaurants and cafes around along with every designer store you can imagine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just one night but a wonderful stay! Felt so pampered and taken care of… great staff, great room (we were upgraded for free to a suite)

IL Tornabuoni Hotel was an amazing experience.. The hotel is close to literally everything, right on top of the Burberry store,great amenities and everyone at the hotel is great. All of the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and even the doormen, are all extremely professional kind polite and just very very welcoming. The entire stay was beautiful, they accommodated my requests very beautifully and just when I thought things couldnt get any better, right as I checked out and got into my taxi, not only did the doorman open the door for me to the taxi but he also opened the door for the taxi driver as well. Very very kind and these small gestures say a great deal about humanity. I will visit Florence again, and I will stay here again and again. Definitely upgrade your room, they're more spacious with beautiful windows.

Very attentive and courteous staff. We had a beautiful room and felt very at-home here. a little away from the hustle and bustle but short walks to everything. Our favorite hotel in Italy so far

The property was experiencing renovations when we stayed. However, the staff went above and beyond to ensure there was minimal disruption. The property is lovely and perfectly placed to explore Florence.

Very charming and quirky hotel. Rooms were great. My only real negative comment was the cost of the cocktails at the rooftop bar. $28 Euros ($43 Canadian) for a cocktail even at a hotel bar is egregious.

Five-star service, rooms, hotel common spaces and location. This hotel stay made our vacation fabulous!!! The rooms were spacious and immaculate with eye-catching decor. We ordered room service which was equal to a fine dining restaurant. The reception staff were kind and accommodating when our room was being prepared.
