The TV in the room was dead.. Lots of mosquitoes, dusty room.. Not soundproof. The TV was dead, they said it was hit by lightning.. Wi-Fi was not working, the pool was under maintenance. Sorry to be honest, this is not yet suitable for a 4-star class, because the employees complained about their service fees and late salary payments 🙈

The electricity in the room kept going on and off throughout my stay, the AC was not cold because the electricity was not normal, the room did not match the price, it was very simple, the car park access to the room was too far and uphill, difficult for elderly people.

It's about 5-7 kilometers from the city center. This hotel is perfect for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. It's family-friendly. I got a room right in front of the pool. The kids loved it. There's plenty of space to get around. It's just quiet at night.

The room was actually nice and spacious. However, the cleanliness was very lacking. Much of the furniture and appliances were broken and unrepaired. The showerhead was broken, amenities were missing, soap wasn't refilled, the standing lamp was crooked, and there was a lot of dust on the door, table, windows, and mirror. The staff was friendly, but the room cleanliness could be improved. Especially considering the high price of accommodation, it's a shame to have such poor cleanliness and facilities.

The restaurant service was unprofessional, processing orders very slowly, and the food tasted unsuitable for the price, often salty or even bland. The hotel is not accessible to people with disabilities or the elderly due to its hilly location and difficult access.

The staff was very friendly. The balcony railing was rusty and covered in cobwebs, the toilet shelf was made of metal and had a rusty bottom, and the toilet was unclean, with stains from previous guests' feces on it. I didn't take photos of these. For breakfast, the egg stand staff was slow to serve orders, and the potato wedges were very dry and appeared to have been microwaved. Given the cold weather, it's recommended to add a ginger drink to the menu.

The room was okay, the view was great, the food was decent, but it's a shame it's far from the city center. The receptionist was unfriendly and didn't smile when greeting guests. I'm a former front desk clerk, so I know how a receptionist should behave.

Everywhere check in is at 2, this time I checked in at 4, the reason was still processing the room, but here they told me to check out at 12, so what were they doing for 4 hours? Very disappointing, then several dozen people who checked in also waited for hours, how can service be like this, especially with children, it's a shame to wait up to 2 hours.
