Check in at 12 pm. Because it just arrived. Get a room where the bathroom doesn't have a curtain. There's no soap. And others. Only given 1 towel. For 2 people. The bed cover shouldn't be that dirty.

The bed linen had not been replaced and there were lots of stain marks, and the floor had not been swept, there were several long strands of hair. The hot water doesn't work, the toilet condition is on, but the bathroom is a bit dirty. The air conditioner is on and to be honest it doesn't feel comfortable, it doesn't match expectations. Not recommended

Begitu masuk buka kamar kami langsung keluar lagi melihat kondisi kamar yang sangat tidak layak 👎. Very bad condition 👎. Kamar kotor tidak terawat. Kamar mandi banyak bercak-bercak di wastafel dan di wc duduk. Jendela hitam-hitam dan tidak dibersihkan. Kesetan kako hitam sangat kotor. Sangat miris sekali owner tidak memperhatikan dengan baik keadaan kamar. Tolong agar owner turun langsung untuk inspection, cek semua dengan teliti, business hospitality harus menjaga kepuasan customer.

Maaf banget ya tapi menurut aku hotel ini parah banget, pas buka pintu kamar langsung kecium aroma yang gak enak, pas lampu dihidupin lantainya kotor banget dan selimut bed cover nya juga kotor banget banyak bercak-bercak kotoran seperti tidak pernah dicuci, di bawah selimut bed cover ada tisu kering sepertinya tempat tidur tidak dibersihkan sama sekali cuma dirapikan saja, di kamar mandi juga kotor banget banyak putung rokok yang berserakan dan lantainya juga banyak kotoran seperti tidak pernah disikat. Wastafelnya juga kotor banget banyak debunya apalagi klosetnya parah banget dalem lubangnya sampe karatan sepintas kalo diliat kayak bekas orang bab yang gak bersih. Satu lagi yang paling penting receptionisnya kurang sopan dan gak ramah sama sekali (recepsionisnya cewek badannya kurus dan kecil). Kemarin saya pesen 2 kamar tapi setelah datang ke sana kata resepsionisnya kamar yang lengkap sudah full jadi cuma ada 1 kamar yang fasilitasnya lengkap dan 1 nya lagi yang fasilitas gak lengkap padahal kami bayar di harga yang sama pada pihak agen online. Di sana kami tidak mendapatkan handuk sama sekali dengan alasan handuknya sudah habis, dan salah 1 kamar kami lampu kamar mandinya mati. Jujur kecewa banget dengan pelayanan seperti itu. Dan tolong buat pihak hotelnya agar masukan para konsumen dapat diperhatikan agak hotel kalian bisa lebih baik lagi ke depannya.
