Poor service, no hot water, went with 3 mother and children, charged extra but service was too bad, not satisfied

Convenient location, restaurants, hair salons are very close. Room is as pictured, nice view, meets my additional requirements of high floor and single bed, strong wifi, strong water pressure. Nice receptionist, quick room cleaning. Quick check out. However, I had to wait until almost 3pm to get a room. The door is not soundproof so I can hear footsteps in the hallway or talking, TV from the room next door. Some things in the room are also a bit old (shower curtain has stains, nozzle is a bit rusty)
